Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 11, 2026. Standard subscription terms for nursing and healthcare operators.
1. Clinical Operating License
CareTrust AI provides a clinical operating system sandbox and dashboard. While our AI models identify potential medication risks and fall hazards, all final clinical decisions, medication administrations, and notifications must be verified and approved by a licensed clinical nurse or practitioner (Human-in-the-loop).
2. Subscription & Overage Billing
The base location subscription is billed monthly (or annually at a 15% discount). AI Voice minutes are monitored monthly per location with 1,000 minutes free. Overage minutes are billed at $0.35/minute and are invoiced at the end of each billing cycle. Unused free minutes do not roll over.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
CareTrust AI commits to maintaining a 99.9% uptime SLA for critical resident health tracking, clinical checklists, and incident monitoring tools to ensure uninterrupted senior care.
