CareTrust AI sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and elder care — one of the most meaningful problem spaces in Singapore today. We are a small, deeply focused team building clinical technology that matters, for nursing homes that deserve better tools.
We have built a culture where clinical impact, engineering excellence, and human flexibility coexist.
Every line of code we ship has the potential to prevent a medication error, catch a clinical deterioration early, or reunite a worried family member with accurate information about their loved one. We measure our success in lives improved, not just lines of revenue.
We operate from our Singapore headquarters with a distributed engineering team. Work from home 3 days a week as standard, with team sync days every Tuesday and Thursday. We trust our people to deliver — and we give them the flexibility to do it on their terms.
We benchmark salaries to the 75th percentile of Singapore tech market rates and review compensation annually. We also offer equity participation, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that reflects how much we value our team.
Every team member receives a $2,000 annual learning budget for courses, conferences, certifications, or books. We sponsor Singapore nursing informatics certifications, AWS/GCP professional exams, and send engineers to international health-tech conferences each year.
We believe that taking care of our team is the same as taking care of our residents. Here is what we offer to every full-time CareTrust AI employee in Singapore.
Singapore is one of the fastest-ageing societies in Asia. By 2030, 1 in 4 Singaporeans will be over 65. The nursing home sector is at an inflection point — and CareTrust AI is building the platform that will define how elder care is delivered at scale.
Join us while we are still small enough for you to leave a fingerprint on the product — and large enough to give you the resources to do your best work.
We are actively hiring across engineering, clinical, and commercial functions. All roles are Singapore-based with hybrid flexibility.
Lead the architecture and development of CareTrust AI's core clinical modules — EHR, MAR, and real-time vitals. You will own features end-to-end from TypeScript/Next.js frontend through to our PostgreSQL and Redis backend, and collaborate directly with our clinical team to design workflows that nurses actually love using.
Build and fine-tune the language models that power CareTrust AI's care plan generation, clinical note summarisation, and NEWS2 escalation recommendation engines. You will work with de-identified Singapore nursing home datasets and collaborate with our Clinical Advisory Board to validate every model output against published clinical standards.
Bridge the gap between clinical practice and software design. As our Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will translate MOH HCSA requirements, nursing care standards, and wound management protocols into detailed product specifications, review AI-generated care plans for clinical accuracy, and lead user-acceptance testing with nursing staff.
Own the post-onboarding relationship with our nursing home clients. You will run quarterly clinical reviews, identify upsell opportunities, proactively address churn risks, and serve as the voice of the customer in product planning sessions. Experience in healthcare SaaS or a clinical background is strongly preferred.
Drive new logo acquisition across Singapore's 80+ licensed nursing homes and voluntary welfare organisations. You will run full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract close, attend MOH-organised nursing home forums, and build relationships with nursing home operators, group CEOs, and healthcare procurement leads.
Design the clinical interfaces that nurses rely on during 12-hour shifts — fast, intuitive, and error-proof. You will conduct on-site research in Singapore nursing homes, run usability testing with enrolled nurses and care assistants, and translate complex clinical workflows into clean, accessible Figma prototypes for engineering.
We are always looking for exceptional people — clinicians, engineers, and operators — who share our belief that technology can transform elder care in Singapore.
