1. Protection of Clinical Data
All resident health records, daily care task logs, and medication histories are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly governed by role-based access permissions set by your facility administrator.
2. PDPA Alignment & DPO Consent
In compliance with PDPA guidelines, family update texts and resident logs are shared only with registered, verified Next-of-Kin. You may retract consent or query clinical data usage by contacting your facility's Data Protection Officer.
3. AI Transcription Logs & Security
Voice minutes transcribed by our AI models are processed securely. No voice logs or resident identifier records are shared with third-party advertising companies or used to train public LLM models.
